أولاً: سياسة الاسترجاع

1. Return Policy
يمكن للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

في حالة وجود تلف أو عيب في المنتج، لا يتحمل العميل أي تكاليف شحن أو رسوم إضافية.

في حال طلب الاسترجاع دون وجود عيوب أو تلف، يتم خصم رسوم الشحن وتكاليف استلام المنتج من المبلغ الأصلي.

أو يمكن خصم تكلفة الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا من قيمة الطلب الإجمالية.


Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

If the product is defective or damaged, the customer will not incur any shipping or additional costs.

If the return is requested without any defect or damage, shipping and pickup service charges will be deducted from the original order value.

Alternatively, the full round-trip shipping cost may be deducted from the total order amount.

2. Exchange Policy

يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

في حالة وجود عيب أو تلف، لا يتحمل العميل أي رسوم أو تكاليف شحن.

في حال طلب الاستبدال دون وجود عيب، يتحمل العميل تكلفة خدمة الاستبدال واستلام المنتج.


Products can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

If the product is defective or damaged, the customer will not bear any shipping or service fees.

If there is no defect and an exchange is requested, the customer will be charged for the pickup and exchange service.

3. Refund Policy (Online Payments)

يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 1 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد موافقة الإدارة، مع تقديم إيصال التحويل.

تُعاد الأموال إلى حساب العميل البنكي خلال 1 إلى 14 يومًا، حسب إجراءات البنك.


Refunds are processed within 1 to 7 business days upon management approval and receipt of the transfer slip.

The amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 1 to 14 days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
