1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used cosmetics or skincare products.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance offers.

3. How to Initiate a Return
